Chef Brian Whittington started his career at age 15 at South Beach Grill. His natural curiosity led him to try his hand at every station in the restaurant and he quickly commanded attention for his creative specials and use of cooking styles from Central and South America. Brian has trained extensively through and worked as a chef in Puerto Rico and Costa Rica.

His signature style is "Fusion" because it is the hardest to do well. Blending food and cooking methods from all cultures is Brian's forte and is perfectly suited to the "World Cuisine" menu at Zhanras.
Brian has been certified by the American Culinary Foundation since 2005.
